All content, features, and functionality of the Cenivo platform — including its software, design, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Cenivo Communications and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or share during meetings. By using the Service, you grant Cenivo a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Cenivo platform without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Cenivo, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
